You'll lead the scientific strategy for a pioneering tRNA biotherapeutics platform targeting rare genetic and neuromuscular diseases. You'll drive programs from discovery through IND-enabling studies, shaping both science and company direction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead scientific strategy and R&D roadmap
• Oversee advancement of dual tRNA modalities across multiple programs
• Lead translational research aligning RNA biology with clinical applications
• Supervise preclinical studies including in vivo and in vitro work
• Drive optimization of AAV-based constructs and delivery approaches

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field
• 8–12+ years of biotech or pharma R&D with scientific leadership
• Expertise in RNA biology and gene therapy
• Hands-on experience with AAV vector design and preclinical workflows
