💼 About This Role

You'll lead virtual art department projects for top-tier clients on a world-class LED volume. Working closely with Production Designers and VFX Supervisors, you'll guide artists and engineers to bring creative visions to life in real-time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent the Magnopus VAD team to clients as primary point of contact
• Communicate with Production Designer, VFX Supervisor, and DP to internalize vision
• Act as gatekeeper for visual quality, reviewing team output
• Oversee building, optimization, and delivery of real-time environments for ICVFX

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading artistic VAD teams
• Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine for photoreal real-time environments
• Extensive on-set VAD experience in virtual production stages
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of traditional VFX pipelines and DCC workflows (Maya, Nuke, Houdini)
• Experience guiding and mentoring environment artists and technical artists
