As a Senior Business Analyst at RAPP, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring email campaigns meet objectives and technical requirements. You will gather requirements, create detailed documentation, and participate in quality assurance testing to deliver solutions that drive customer connections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years project management experience
• Email and direct mail experience required
• Database and customer segmentation experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Workfront or similar PM software

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Create detailed documentation including email campaign specifications, seed lists, and test scenarios
• Assist in quality testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and specifications
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improved processes for email development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and solve issues
