You'll partner with Professional Services to ensure customer success by designing and implementing a unique customer engagement experience. You'll lead project delivery for multiple projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage local and remote project resources
• Serve as primary interface for customer stakeholder management
• Develop project plans and track progress
• Maintain project reporting materials and status documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in external customer-facing environment
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of full project management lifecycle from proposal to delivery
