💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Global HR Operations team to drive all aspects of HR Operations in the EMEA region. You'll be the operational backbone, supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role offers ownership of process improvement projects to standardize and optimize HR operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver the full HR lifecycle across assigned EMEA countries
• Handle employee queries via ServiceNow ticketing system
• Lead process improvement projects for regional standardization
• Partner with Recruitment Ops for smooth candidate-to-employee transition

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hands-on HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
• Experience with ServiceNow and Workday
• Proven experience in process improvement and creating SOPs
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on employee experience
