You'll own end-to-end operational performance across warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and customer delivery for two distribution warehouses. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end operational performance across warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and delivery.
• Design and implement scalable operating processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Define core operating metrics and lead regular operating reviews.
• Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing operations teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or fulfillment.
• Proven track record of building metric-driven teams and delivering measurable improvements.
• Deep comfort with operating metrics, dashboards, and financial drivers.
• Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements.
