💼 About This Role

You'll lead global accounting operations and financial reporting for Esri, a leader in GIS technology. You'll ensure US GAAP compliance across international subsidiaries and drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation
• Prepare US GAAP consolidated financial statements
• Manage external audit relationships and audit committee materials

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large teams in medium to large organizations
• CPA Required (Active or Inactive)
• Proven ability to apply US GAAP principles including consolidations

• Experience with SAP ERP systems
• International accounting standards knowledge
