Description

You will join a small but mighty content design team at Miro, shaping user experiences for high-impact AI initiatives. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to craft user-centered content, prompts, and conversational flows that drive adoption of AI features.

Requirements

• 6+ years in content design or UX writing with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering)
• Deep understanding of UX writing principles and user-centered design
• Familiarity with AI products, conversation design, or prompt engineering
• Proactive and flexible, comfortable in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision and create user-focused content for high-priority AI features
• Design prompts, UI copy, and error messages to help users adopt Sidekicks and Flows
• Plan and deliver conversational content that reduces cognitive load and aligns with voice and tone guidelines
• Contribute to content design guidelines and AI principles in the design system
• Advocate for content design and integrate it into product development
