• Define job requirements and create job descriptions
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Bizreach and other channels
• Conduct interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support recruitment events and HRBP tasks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Bilingual Japanese and English skills
• Strong communication skills for internal/external stakeholders
• Commitment to recruitment targets and proactive action
