💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily operations in a fulfillment center and drive process optimization. You'll manage a team of over 100 logistics staff, ensuring efficient workflows. This role offers a unique mix of operational leadership and strategic projects in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of team leads and over 100 warehouse employees
• Steer daily FC operations and ensure operational activities are completed
• Take responsibility for site-based optimization projects
• Balance operational leadership with strategic office work

📋 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor/Master in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar
• First practical experience in warehouse environment (internships, working student)
• Fluent German and very good English
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional Saturdays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with lean management or continuous improvement
• Knowledge of WMS or ERP systems
• Experience in e-commerce logistics
