Description

You will build and iterate on Rightway's specialty pharmacy strategy, lead a hybrid team, manage current specialty programs such as clinical management and supply chain optimization, and develop future programs. The role involves driving strategy, execution, and innovation to improve member experience and manage specialty drug spend.

Requirements

• PharmD degree
• 5-10 years experience in specialty pharmacy benefit management with Health plan or PBM
• At least 5 years leadership experience, 3+ years as Director or above
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Proven success leading cross-functional clinical and operational strategic programs

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on specialty pharmacy strategy
• Lead hybrid team including specialty Sr. Managers, clinical pharmacists, and technicians
• Manage current specialty programs: clinical management, supply chain, copay maximization, patient assistance, PBM formulary and clinical pathways
• Develop future programs: international sourcing, 340b, medical management
• Develop SOPs, KPIs, and leverage technology to enhance experience and operations
