You'll join HomeMade, an approved aged care provider, to manage payments and claims for customers and service providers. You'll ensure accurate processing of invoices and reimbursements, maintaining data integrity across multiple systems. This role offers a chance to support older people in maintaining independence through transformative technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up service providers and customers for payments.
• Monitor email inbox and process invoices within service levels.
• Process customer Home Care Package administration in internal and external systems.
• Review and approve high volumes of invoices and customer reimbursements.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in accounts administration or finance operations with high-volume processing.
• Solid understanding of payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and data accuracy.
• Confidence working across multiple systems (CRM, accounting, or ERP platforms).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
