You'll lead Japan's regional marketing efforts, partnering with sales and partners to drive pipeline growth. You'll plan and execute events, including the flagship Inspire Tokyo, and optimize lead generation with the ADR team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define region-specific marketing plan with sales leaders and partners
• Plan and host online and in-person events to create opportunities
• Manage ADR team to optimize marketing funnel and lead conversion
• Build landing pages and automated email campaigns with marketing ops

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager
• Experience organizing events at small and large scales
• Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo)

• Experience with customer marketing, content, and channel
• Confident on tradeshow booth to assist in product pitch
