💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels for ShopBack's Hong Kong market, partnering with cross-functional teams. You'll drive user growth and engagement through localized content, while optimizing campaign performance and supporting UI/UX enhancements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate marketing materials across ShopBack App, Web, CRM, social media, and paid channels.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
• Schedule onsite assets and optimize exposure for deals from Business Development.
• Analyze campaign performance and share insights for continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage social media channels and create content.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
