💼 About This Role

You'll manage financial analysis across corporate and project finance activities for a leading clean energy company. Your core impact involves building and maintaining project finance models to support investment decisions. You'll participate in financing transactions throughout the deal lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain project finance models for investments and M&A.
• Participate in financing transactions including due diligence and documentation.
• Manage consolidated portfolio model and update cash flow projections.
• Support business development with pricing offtake opportunities and sensitivity analyses.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, project finance, or renewable energy IPP.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including VBA.
• Demonstrated transactional experience in U.S. distributed generation solar and storage.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, economics, or engineering.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree considered a plus.
• Robust understanding of U.S. tax equity market structures.
