💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Go-To-Market leaders to drive people initiatives and strengthen leadership capability. Your core impact will be turning business needs into actionable talent strategies. You'll coach C-suite members and lead organization-wide people plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary HR partner for GTM executives, providing guidance on all HR areas.
• Drive annual divisional People Plan aligned to business priorities.
• Lead cyclical HR products: performance management, goal setting, promotions.
• Coach managers on tactical people issues including performance and employee relations.

📋 Requirements

• 7-8 years of HR generalist experience (preferably in SaaS/Tech).
• At least 3-4 years supporting GTM functions.
• Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, APAC).
