💼 About This Role

You'll join the Chatbots Team at Hostinger to expand Kodee (our AI assistant) and integrate it deeply into customer support workflows, driving AI-powered ticket summaries and automated resolutions. Your work will directly impact nearly 4 million clients globally, enabling faster, more personalized support through cutting-edge LLM-based projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship new features for Kodee and the Customer Success platform
• Own service architecture decisions for reliable, scalable code
• Integrate Kodee with systems across Product and Customer Success
• Continuously improve performance, observability, CI/CD, and developer experience

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and common frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Experience in AI or LLM integrations and/or process automation solutions
• Proven ability to design and consume high-throughput REST APIs
• Familiarity with containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
