You'll execute environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, acoustic) for satellite hardware at a leading space manufacturing facility. You'll support test setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role offers full relocation to Midland, TX and a chance to join the first global cellular broadband network in space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and acoustic testing.
• Set up and operate test equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Monitor tests and record data, identify anomalies.
• Document test results and non-conformances per quality standards.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience with associate/trade degree or 3-5 years hands-on experience.
• Experience supporting environmental testing or similar technical operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and test documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
