You'll design and build technical solutions for a bespoke digital platform team, working on complex technical challenges and building reliable systems. Operating in a hybrid flat-hierarchy culture, you'll have ownership across execution technology and connectivity layers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build technical solutions from requirements.
• Proactively identify gaps and clarify requirements with teams.
• Prepare change documentation and guide releases through approval.
• Work with external brokers on connectivity and integration testing.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a software engineer
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and microservices
• Confidence navigating large, unfamiliar codebases
• Solid understanding of messaging protocols and data mapping

✨ Nice to Have

• FIX protocol experience
• Exposure to hedge fund or sell-side trading technology
• Familiarity with OMS, TMS, EMS systems
