💼 About This Role

You'll join the Plant Operations team to operate and maintain equipment that drives our production plant. Your work will directly support industrial equipment operation and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in a dynamic startup committed to eliminating industrial emissions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain equipment including setup and troubleshooting
• Support installation and mechanical assembly of lab and plant equipment
• Monitor processes and resolve issues proactively
• Manage inventory by routine stocking of materials and supplies

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial settings
• Proficiency in operating large equipment and machinery
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Technical degree or trade certification in industrial/manufacturing
• Familiarity with vacuum equipment
• Experience with high-temperature furnaces and materials
