💼 About This Role

You'll build your own behavioral therapy practice with support from Finni Health. You'll focus on delivering meticulous ABA care to families while our platform handles billing, insurance, and processes. This role empowers you to be a practice owner, not just a clinician.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up practice guidelines, handbooks, and processes
• Communicate with team on billing and insurance
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians
• Conduct functional assessments and monitor treatment effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree in ABA, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Licensure to practice within Michigan
• 3+ years experience in ABA
