You'll support Solace's Impact Analytics team by conducting structured literature searches and analyzing Medicare claims data to build evidence on patient outcomes. Your work will directly inform leadership strategy and contribute to publications. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic research in a fast-moving health tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run structured literature searches and maintain a working library.
• Synthesize evidence into briefings for leadership.
• Construct cohorts and execute analyses on Medicare claims data.
• Build analytical datasets with attention to data quality.
• Translate VRDC output into actionable findings.

📋 Requirements

• Master's in Public Health, Health Services Research, or related field.
• 1-3 years post-graduate experience with healthcare data.
• SQL proficiency for complex querying.
• R or Python for statistical analysis.

• Prior work under a CMS DUA.
