💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers at Arcadia, a healthcare data platform, ensuring customers maximize value from population health analytics. You'll drive adoption and retention for enterprise accounts, shaping the future of value-based care through strategic customer partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage, mentor, and coach Customer Success Managers.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to assess performance and define strategy.
  • Develop customer success plans aligning Arcadia solutions with business goals.
  • Partner with teams to drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in healthcare technology.
  • 2+ years managing and mentoring customer success or account management teams.
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships and C-suite engagement.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Multiple years in IT support and value-based care/population health management.
  • Experience with SQL Server, JIRA, or similar technologies.
  • Experience interacting with Product and Engineering teams for improvements.
