💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, mission-driven team at a Series C health tech company building the software infrastructure to replace faxes and phone tag in home healthcare. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives across partnerships, sales, and operations to scale critical projects and heal a fragmented system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead projects by managing significant portions or entire initiatives
• Drive new initiatives like sales into new verticals and RFPs
• Produce analytics and recommendations for executive decisions
• Use market research and feedback to propose and scale new initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, startup, or rigorous role
• Experience in healthcare and/or technology
• Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
