Description

You will design and develop a cloud-native, API-first platform for Bugcrowd's crowdsourced security solutions. You'll build integrations with customer systems and security tools, evolve the platform's service-oriented architecture, and mentor engineers to drive modernization efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Expertise in cloud-native API and microservices architecture
• Deep knowledge of Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
• Experience in cybersecurity domain
• Strong background in agile delivery and stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable API-first architecture and robust API standards for third-party integrations
• Drive modernization toward cloud-native architecture and service-oriented platform
• Build and maintain integrations connecting platform with customer systems and security tools
• Improve internal engineering tools supporting security triage and vulnerability workflows
• Mentor engineers across multiple teams and contribute to engineering excellence
