Description

As a Security Analyst at Bridge, Stripe's fintech innovation hub, you will design and implement a security governance, risk, and compliance program from the ground up, working quickly and pragmatically to address critical risks while leveraging Stripe's mature security infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Security GRC, ideally in fast-paced startup environments
• Proficient with NIST CSF, OCC's Cybersecurity Supervision Work Program, or FFIEC IT Examination Handbook
• Prior experience with global regulatory audits across Security domains
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security governance, risk, and compliance roadmaps
• Lead risk assessment, control design, and testing for Security and Technology Oversight globally
• Reinforce engineering best practices around secure development and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with audit expectations across regulated markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and Stripe's security org
