💼 About This Role

You'll join BAYADA's home health team to provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in Granville and Franklin counties. Your core impact is helping clients achieve speech, language, and swallowing goals in their homes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing difficulties
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations
• Document interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current SLP license in North Carolina
• Certificate of clinical competence in speech from ASHA
• Solid computer skills

• Prior home care experience as an SLP
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
