• Lead creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns and marketing
• Evolve and strengthen BJAK's brand identity across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand or graphic design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Strong command of layout, typography, and brand consistency

• Experience designing performance marketing or campaign visuals
• Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX
