You'll join our Client Management team after a 12-week training, connecting industry experts with clients to drive their success. You'll recruit experts and coordinate client communications for primary research projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and vet experts from internal database and external networks.
• Identify, qualify, and present experts for client projects.
• Coordinate communications and schedule meetings between experts and clients.
• Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Foreign language skills (Japanese, Spanish, French, etc.).
• Prior sales, recruiting, or management experience.
