Description

As a school-based Master Substitute RBT, you will work directly with students in the classroom, implement behavior therapy techniques, collect data, and collaborate with school teams to support individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. This role is based in Ewa Beach, Kapolei, and surrounding areas on Oahu.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified
• One year of RBT experience
• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis passage

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in the behavior plan
• Provide training and assistance to help students acquire and maintain skills
