You'll own end-to-end contract manufacturer sourcing and onboarding projects, from RFP development through first production runs. You'll turn complex sourcing challenges into streamlined, data-driven processes that align with long-term network strategy. This role requires 50% travel to supplier facilities and offers the chance to build scalable onboarding systems from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end CoMan sourcing and onboarding projects
• Develop and manage RFP timelines and decision criteria
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for supplier selection
• Build standardized onboarding processes and governance models

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of sourcing or supply chain experience
• Experience participating in RFPs and supplier selection
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Project management skills with cross-functional projects
