You'll work with classroom instructors to provide targeted teaching and support to students. You'll manage classroom behaviors and implement behavioral program policies. This role offers the chance to support high-risk special needs students in a school setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies
• Provide general supervision of students
• Assist in prevention and management of behavioral incidents

📋 Requirements

• Ability to operate tactfully under stress
• Flexibility to change in routines
• At least 23 years of age
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students

✨ Nice to Have

• Security or Juvenile Justice background
• Residential Youth Worker experience
• Good driving record and willing to drive student van
