💼 About This Role

You'll lead the day-to-day operations of xAI's Security Operations Center, managing a blended team of employees and contractors. Your core impact will be driving consistent excellence in incident response and crisis management. This role offers the chance to shape security strategy in a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage scheduling, training, and performance of GSOC team members.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations.
• Supervise security monitoring using Genetec, video surveillance, and AI analytics.
• Direct incident response including detection, triage, escalation, and resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Corporate Security experience with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• 9+ years of combined security experience (corporate, law enforcement, or military).
• Documented military service or equivalent operational leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Genetec Access Control and Video Management Systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPP, PSP or equivalent certifications.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in military, law enforcement, or emergency response.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting access control and video management systems.
