💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial operations and strategic initiatives for a Series A startup building the industry cloud for distribution. Reporting to the CEO, you'll own accounting, financial compliance, and operational HR while managing a small team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategy
• Oversee FP&A, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Manage accounting, compliance, and bookkeeping
• Lead strategic initiatives and operational processes

📋 Requirements

• Financial expertise including FP&A and financial modeling
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong communication for stakeholder presentations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, LTV)
• Knowledge of cap table management
• Background in distribution or B2B tech
