💼 About This Role

You'll support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles at A1. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly in a small, high-bar team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support full recruitment process from sourcing to offer support
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens
• Coordinate interviews and feedback collection
• Maintain candidate records in ATS

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in recruiting, HR, or operations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
