Description

As a Line Lead, you will manage a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center, overseeing vehicle movement and repairs to meet production and quality goals. You'll coach, develop, and performance manage your team while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely for repairs
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and areas for improvement
• Coach, develop, and performance manage team members
• Ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Train team on Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently
