💼 About This Role

You'll join Forge Health's Revenue Cycle team to manage insurance claims and denials for behavioral health facilities across the Northeast. Your core impact is ensuring timely reimbursement by resolving payment variances and correcting claim inaccuracies. This temporary 3-month project offers fully remote, flexible hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance carriers via phone and portals
• Examine denied claims and correct them for reprocessing
• Write and submit appeals to insurance carriers
• Identify and report billing compliance issues and payer discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, preferably healthcare
• Bachelor's degree required
• Extremely detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidential medical records
