You'll make home visits and provide 1:1 care to clients in Northumberland County. You'll follow care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions. This role offers flexible schedules and great work-life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Administer medication, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Accurately document care using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in PA
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
