🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies
• Source, engage, and screen technical candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit
• Manage full candidate lifecycle including coordination and offer negotiations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT/technology in India
• Proven track record sourcing and placing technical talent across multiple roles
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles in a fast-paced environment
