Description

You will join our Benelux Sales team, collaborating with potential customers to understand their needs and help them leverage our AI-first CX platform. You'll drive full sales cycles from prospecting to close, working with senior executives to build business cases and drive digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling SaaS within Contact Center or Conversational AI environment
  • Hunter mentality and passion for winning in a hyper-growth company
  • Confidence navigating sales cycles with SVP/C-Level management
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, disciplined in a remote environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise companies in the Benelux region
  • Build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and internal resources
  • Develop and maintain territory plans to meet business goals
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning to contract negotiation
  • Take a consultative approach with senior executives to map value and drive digital transformation conversations
