You'll lead the architectural integrity and performance of Oscar's core insurance service pillars, reporting to the SVP. Your mission is to balance rapid scalability with lean efficiency to ensure operational quality remains industry-leading. You'll design for a consultant-operator who pairs rigorous management consulting with deep healthcare shared services experience.

• Set strategy and culture for Operational Excellence organization
• Oversee Managed Services, Workforce Management, Process Optimization, Quality Management
• Manage and coach a team of Associate Directors and Directors
• Optimize shared services model for efficiency and ROI
• Synthesize operational data into insights for senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years healthcare industry experience
• 8+ years leading Shared Services in managed care
• 8+ years cross-functional leadership across Clinical, Product, Tech
• 7+ years executive vendor management with BPO partners
