🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment
• Execute opening and closing duties including cash reconciliation
• Drive consultative selling through product education
• Train new hires and provide real-time coaching

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
• 1 year of experience using point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail
• 6 months of retail store operations including opening/closing

• Knowledge of inventory management and audits
• Background in sales with KPI tracking
• Experience in a regulated retail setting
