You'll lead a team of BI developers and analysts to deliver high-performance business intelligence solutions using Snowflake, Power BI, and Jasper Server. Your work will empower data-driven decisions across the company and improve supply chain risk and compliance for global clients. You'll collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into actionable insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
• Architect and enhance data warehouses using Snowflake and Jasper Server.
• Oversee ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data integrations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track projects in JIRA.

📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in SQL including complex queries and tuning.
• Experience with BI tools such as Jasper Server, Power BI, or Snowflake.
• 3+ years in BI/analytics management or senior BI developer role.
• Strong data warehousing and modeling knowledge (star/snowflake schemas).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MicroStrategy, Sisense, or SSRS.
• Experience with multiple database platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with cloud analytics solutions.
