💼 About This Role

You'll join the Finance team to own financial planning for Mexico, supporting strategic decisions through analysis and modeling. You'll work closely with the Strategic Finance Manager and CFO, turning data into actionable insights. This role offers direct impact on business performance in a fast-growing fintech transforming Latin American finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own forecast and financial planning for Mexico, with periodic updates.
• Translate business results into actionable decisions via monthly performance analysis.
• Act as strategic partner, developing ad-hoc analyses for financial and commercial decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models, projections, and dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive and willing to take on challenges.

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic/intermediate SQL (BigQuery) is desirable.
• Interest in business and financial planning.
