🎯 What You'll Do

• Nurture and grow relationships with client stakeholders
• Conduct regular success planning and QBR sessions
• Serve as trusted advisor on product functionality and use-case
• Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role with an Enterprise SaaS company
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SFDC, CRM tools

• Experience with JIRA
• PMP certification
• Strong project management skills
