Description

You will own and ship AI features that help users build and work with Airtable apps more efficiently, focusing on AI-assisted app building, intelligent agents, and natural language analysis. You'll drive product decisions on complex AI interaction problems, partner with customers to identify high-value use cases, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality AI experiences.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products users love
• Experience building AI/ML-powered features or strong familiarity with LLMs
• Strong product instincts for identifying improvements in flows
• Comfort with ambiguity and shaping zero-to-one features
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
