🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview and hire new inside sales associates

• Conduct regular 1-1s and coach team members to perform better

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years of sales team management experience
• Experience with CRM suites like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Reply.io or Outreach.io

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SAAS/IT sales
• Data-driven and focused on numbers
• Excellent communication skills
