You will lead operational and visual strategies for an ALO store, ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You'll manage inventory accuracy, labor planning, and visual execution to drive efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of operational and visual processes
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Champion visual standards using business performance data
• Support sell-through management with accurate inventory counts
• Coordinate labor hours for efficient product deliveries
