Description
You'll support customer onboarding, enablement, and support operations to drive strong customer experiences and long-term retention. You'll partner with Customer Success, Support, and Technical Account Management teams to deliver high-quality onboarding and training, and help bring fintech and AI into construction workflows.
Requirements
- 1–2 years customer-facing experience in SaaS or technology
- Comfortable leading customer calls, trainings, or product walkthroughs
- Experience with CRM or support tools like HubSpot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for customer support, responding to tickets with accuracy
- Proactively engage new customers to drive onboarding momentum
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions with Technical Account Managers
- Deliver product trainings and walkthroughs
- Identify patterns in customer feedback to improve product and processes
