Description

You'll support customer onboarding, enablement, and support operations to drive strong customer experiences and long-term retention. You'll partner with Customer Success, Support, and Technical Account Management teams to deliver high-quality onboarding and training, and help bring fintech and AI into construction workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years customer-facing experience in SaaS or technology
  • Comfortable leading customer calls, trainings, or product walkthroughs
  • Experience with CRM or support tools like HubSpot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for customer support, responding to tickets with accuracy
  • Proactively engage new customers to drive onboarding momentum
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions with Technical Account Managers
  • Deliver product trainings and walkthroughs
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback to improve product and processes
