You'll lead day-to-day operations and strategic execution for the IRS Cybersecurity Fraud Analytics and Monitoring (CFAM) program. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operational oversight and strategic direction of CFAM program
• Manage multidisciplinary teams in fraud analytics, predictive analytics, and cybersecurity monitoring
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and resource management for program personnel
• Develop program plans, governance documentation, and risk management artifacts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• 15+ years supporting cybersecurity, fraud analytics, or large-scale enterprise operations
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within large, complex organizations
• Fraud analytics or cybersecurity monitoring experience including incident response operations
